Welcome to Fathers Leading Families®

Fathers Leading Families® (Traditional) serves fathers in traditional family households, defined as homes where the child(ren) share the same two biological parents. 

Rooted in Faith and Scripture, the program equips fathers to grow into their God-given potential while nurturing their marriage, guiding their children, and leading their families with purpose and conviction.

For fathers who are no longer with the mother of their child or children, FLF® provides guidance for building peaceful, Christ-Centered Co-Parenting relationships. 

Fathers who have remarried learn how to bring their families together with wisdom, unity, and grace. They are equipped to lead alongside their new spouse in a way that honors God and creates harmony in both homes. 

Single fathers raising children on their own are supported through practical coaching and faith-based guidance, learning to provide, nurture, and lead while trusting God to guide their journey. 

We provide Father Advocacy Programming and Court-Approved Services for fathers navigating divorce, separation, or custody challenges, helping fathers honor God while protecting their fatherhood rights.

Adoption and Extended family caregiving present unique challenges. FLF® equips fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and guardians to lead their households with love, patience, and biblical wisdom.
